CANCELLATION POLICY: Valore Beauty Lounge asks a 48 - hour notice for all cancellations. Anything within 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your estimated service cost. There are no exceptions to this. Reminders of your appointment and a confirmation are sent via text and email. There is an option to cancel online, call the salon, or text/dm your stylist. 

 

NO SHOW POLICY: Valore Beauty Lounge has a no call/no show zero tolerance policy. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the estimated service cost. 

BOOKING POLICY: Valore Beauty Lounge requires all appointments to be held with a card on file. Any charges due to cancellations or no shows are not to be considered deposits towards future appointments.

We understand that emergencies or sickness happens, and there will be grace given in those situations. Please do your best to give us 48 hours if you need to cancel.
